RD & RS Series®
(Roto Prime)
|
Roto Prime® self-priming centrifugal pumps are specifically designed for pumping petroleum products,
petrochemicals and solvents. They are available as straight centrifugal pumps or with the exclusive Roto Prime design. This
design incorporates a variable capacity vane pump that quickly and automatically evacuates air and vapor, making them ideal
for off loading transports and stripping hoses.

O Series® pumps have a straight-in suction design (there is no check valve) which eliminates entrance
restrictions and provides better suction performance when handling solvents and similar liquids. O Series pumps can be used
as transfer pumps, clean water supply pumps, on spray applications and many other industrial uses. They provide reliable performance
with few moving parts and offer savings in maintenance and efficiency. O Series pumps are available pedestal mounted for flex
coupling or v-belt coupling to a power source (not availabe for petroleum applications) or close coupled to electric motors.
Power-take-off models are also available with helical gear increasers for heads up to 400 feet (121 meters).

80 Series® pumps are designed for non-stop workloads. The straight-in-suction design of these high-efficiency
pumps guarantees quick, positive self-priming and allows them to operate at high suction levels than most other self-priming
centrifugal pumps. Liquid enters directly into the impeller eye. A suction check valve presents in-line return flow when the
pump is shut off. And, because 80 Series pumps have few moving parts, maintenance is minimal. 80 Series pumps are available
with self-lubricated mechanical shaft seals.

Gorman-Rupp Shield-A-Spark self-priming centrifugal pumps are the safest approach to handling
flammable liquids with an engine driven pump. Pump volute and intermediate are constructed of lightweight aluminum. Steel
wearplates are replaceable. Mechanical shaft seals have carbon and Ni-resist wearing surfaces. Elastomers are Viton®. Gasoline
engine unit features dependable, rugged military or aircraft type spark plug which is radio suppressed and prevents spark
gap jumping. Shielded ignition wire provides enclosed path for high tension spark. Sealed toggle ignition switch is safe,
spark free. Spark-arresting muffler is designed to retard both spark and flame.

O Series
(Power Take-Off)
|
Gorman-Rupp self-priming centrifugal power take-off pumps are ideal for handling aircraft fuels, fuel oil, gasoline and
other petroleum derivatives. These pumps have no check valve which provides better suction performance when handling solvents,
petroleum products and similar liquids. O Series PTO pumps can also be used for water wagon applications.
The pump volute and impeller are offered in lightweight aluminum with a bronze replaceable wear ring. Helical gears provide
quiet operation. These units are available with left or right hand rotation. Designed for truck mounting.

Gorman-Rupp's Unit 608 Tankleenor provides quick, efficient and economical cleaning of below-ground
petroleum storage tanks. Even when tanks are thought to be free of moisture and debris, they often contain enough water and
other contaminants to degrade the stored product. Tankleenor can remove contaminants…like gel precipitates, microbial
growths, rust and water…without disturbing the product or taking the tank out of service.

The GHC Series of iron, steel and stainless steel pumps is designed for continuous duty service for applications in the
operating ranges shown. These units are available with head jackets for temperature control, carbon graphite bushings for
low-viscosity liquids, silicon carbide bushings for wear resistance, and numerous seal options. The GHC Series units may be
foot-mounted or, by using a motor adapter, direct connected to NEMA "C" flange motors. This heavy-duty series provides superior
rotor shaft support and an integral, maintenance-free radial/thrust bearing for reduced deflection and wear.
